In breakout room participants need permissions to use the pods to do their work and engage with each other using the pods. Adobe connect assigns each attendee to the next breakout room in the list. There are several prebuilt meeting room layouts. Rotate the breakout rooms when the attendees are assigned to breakout rooms you can use the rotate button to rotate the participants among the breakout rooms in one click.

Click rotate on the top of the attendees pod. Then add your content and start your meeting. To help you quickly create a meeting room adobe connect offers three built in templates. Then either select a breakout room from the pop up menu or drag attendees to a breakout room.

When creating a meeting by using the new meeting wizard in adobe connect central select one of these three templates for your meeting room. Manage participant rights and permissions in. Default meeting default training and default events. It includes various display panels pods and components.
